George Elson is a career restaurateur. His operational experience includes top destination restaurants, neighborhood taverns and entertainment venues. He began his professional career with Six Flags Corporation. He has held positions of management with companies as diverse as AVR Services of Texas, Chicago Style Deep Pan Pizza and Bob’s Steak & Chop House. He has been an operational partner for Tavern Management of Dallas with oversight of operations at Metropolitan, City Tavern, Thomas & Leggitt Tavern and Barley House. He also has an extensive background as an I.T. consultant specializing in retail and restaurant point of sale systems.
George is the founder of The Hospitality Partners, L.L.C.; a Dallas based restaurant management and consulting firm. The company’s latest projects include the initial locations for Bandito’s Tex-Mex Cantina and Offshore’s Nextdoor Cajun Seafood and Patio Bar in Dallas, Texas.
